It’s not like eating food has ever been a problem, but the older I get the more I realize I need to take a deep hard look at what I put into my body. I’m not in college any more I can’t have a diet that consists of late night Taco Bell runs, copious amounts of beer and cupboards stocked with swiss cake rolls. As much as I would love to go back to that I can’t. And I’m by no means fat weighing in under 130 lbs at 128 and 5 foot 4. I’m on the average side of things, but I can eat… and eat… and eat.
It’s the sweet tooth that really gets me. And the beer. I love beer. Luckily, I kind of like to exercise to. I’ll do yoga and stuff… but when is this crazy junk food addiction going to turn into a problem. I mean I’ll sit down and watch Food Network while I’m eating dinner. Does anyone else have a food addiction?
